Refund & Return Policy
At Flick Official, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy:
- Unopened and unused products may be eligible for a refund if the request is submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in resalable condition.
- Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for refund or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item or defective product). Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider.
Additional Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
- Flick Official reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
If you have any questions regarding our refund policy or need assistance with an order, please reach out to our support team. We are happy to help.
